Communicating Value with Brochures, Programs & Invitations

Any marketing piece must have everything working together to support your marketing position and message. Your copy should be convincing and the design compelling. An effective brochure exhibits confidence and conveys a sense of quality, integrity and knowledge to your potential clients and customers.

When you’re face to face with a customer a brochure is a great tool for focusing the discussion and explaining your services in relation to their specific needs. It’s another point of contact in the sales cycle and can be more immediate than sending a prospect to your website in many instances. When writing your copy try to think like your customers because it goes a long way towards demonstrating that you understand their problems and convincing them you’re the right fit for the job.

Brochures are also still extremely useful as a direct marketing tool, especially if you have taken the time to find highly qualified potential customers. In order to market to them via email they need to opt in but with a brochure sent out by good old fashioned mail or presented at conferences and business events you are able to start a conversation with your target market right away.

Over the years I have brainstormed marketing ideas with clients and helped them get clearer on their message because that’s the way I like to work. I love getting into the nitty gritty of my client’s marketing goals and learning about their business or organisation and who their customers and clients are. KahrenR Design also provides copywriting and editing services as well as design to get you on your way.
